First, attend a one-hour "getting to know you" session where you will interview

and be interviewed to determine what program will help you, your schedule, and your goals.



Next, attend sessions one or two times per week to reach the determined goals.



Finally, assess your status to determine if goals have been met and consider additional sessions.
